Small boys size 7 is geared towards boys with a 23 inch waist and 47-50 inches tall. Size 7 shows up in boys denim jeans but isn't a common size label to come across in winter outerwear. In winter outerwear, depending on the maker, size 7 would be treated as a standard size 6 or a standard size 8.
