Over the years many enthusiastic customers have asked if they can post their comments about the service and products they receive. Not wanting to brag about ourselves I've avoided the whole testimonials thing altogether - but customers have talked some sense into me by saying : "You're not bragging about Megabrat.com. We are!" The snowpants arrived yesterday (Tuesday)! That was quick! Ryan wore his for about 2 hrs last night and just loved them. Wow!!! What an amazing company!!! May I come to work for you!!! The commmunication from the very beginning of my order was wonderful. Cody contacted me via email to ask about shipping and the date that I needed my order by, so that he could ensure that I rec'd the order in time. He also requested measurements of my boy to ensure that I ordered the correct size, to avoid problems with poor fitting. He then reminded me of the free tag/zipper pull with my son's name (which my son loved and thought was pretty cool with his name on it). The snow bib was in perfect condition, was a perfect fit, and had a personalized note attached addressed to my son from Cody. Truly a wonderful experience!!!!
